This straight-sided walnut bowl displays a striking contrast between sapwood and heartwood. Notable cracks formed during the drying process at the junction of the two woods. Those cracks were carefully filled with purple resin to give it even more character. The bowl measures 6 inches in diameter and stands 4.5 inches tall, finished with a durable polyurethane coating.
